Wow he started learning languages at age 60 and he learned 20 languages in 15 years 😳 I’m 13 and I always think that I’m very late to learn a lot of languages, now my mind changed. This video influenced me a lot thank you! 😊

I've been learning my second language for 3 years now and have only just reached a B2 level. Fair credit to Steve Kaufmann for learning so many languages over a 15 year period.

These are rough time stamps but here's all of the questions: Does age matter? 4:00 Common Learning Method among all languages? 5:38 Did you have a different approach towards a different language? 7:10 How do you measure language proficiency? 9:10 How do you maintain all those languages? 11:36 (she didn't have a question subtitle in between this gap) What type of language learner are you? 18:02 Final Messages 19:26

I was surprised to know that he learned more languages at 60 I'm currently 24 so i feel hopeful even though i have less resources, has difficulty in conversations i can still learn as i tend to feel jealous for those who are realky good in many languages at such a young age ❤❤

Love the interview! 🥰I'm a huge Steve Kaufman fan! 🤘😊I would say he is one of the most interesting people that I've ever seen!! He's learned 20 languages some after the age of 60!!! 👏🤗He's managed to be successful in other areas of life while achieving great language learning success!!!! 🤩Can't wait for the 2nd part!!!🥳😍

How was his Korean? Learning languages is a lot of fun especially when you go to practice it with other people and you see their surprised reaction. :)
@mylangs3 жыл бұрын
Exactly!! He needed some time to practice Korean before freely talking in Korean tho
