I'm so glad there was a segment on difficult customers! Our nursery has only been up and running a few months and this week I had two very rude customers who complained that they could drive to walmart (over an hour away) and get mums for a dollar or two less than the amount I had priced them. I shrugged and told them if they wanted to spend that much on gas and waste several hours to save a dollar or two to go for it.

Go to lowes where the mason cement stuff is on the other side of lumber...get the large tubs...they black...heavy duty and they are $6. I bought 10. They resemble bus tubs used in food industry but bigger...stronger cheaper. Your very welcome.

When my customers ask for a lower price or discount I always tell them my prices are based on my wholesaler/suppliers prices and cannot be negotiated.
