I have a interview to be a line cook. I'm nourvous because it's a high-end place and I've never cooked in the kitchen before but I'm confident because I love to cook in general and very passionate for it. Wish me luck.

@@dreign8089 I deadass don’t have any tips tho my dad just told me act like I’m not gonna get the job (like he did & he did get the job btw) so I won’t be disappointed and go with the flow and say everything with confidence but I wind up not getting to be in the kitchen position, cuz they made me hostess instead I also want to say just kinda prep for some of the questions they most likely will ask and answer how you normally would without pausing and stuttering and you should be fine and be nice and enthusiastic to whoever is interviewing you that’s how I got the job just cause my interviewer said she likely my personality, Also good luck on your interview sorry for the late reply

100% chefs have Culinary Portfolios. Internships, certificates, stages, photos, (instagram) and many other specific techniques, development (menu and financial) etc.
