I like the guy you first interviewed, he might have a struggles in communication but he is sincere and very humble to learn new things.. I love your video vlogs it help us to learn what it is to be a virtual assistant..I am from Baguio City ..plans to apply and try working as virtual assistant so i make use of my time productively..because i own my time working as a real estate agent..

I am a fast learner..i do not have a computer or laptop however there are ways like computer shop. that is why i would like to apply an officed based company who hires VA for real estate companies which is an australian based.

I'm a website designer and always need help with things like content creation, etc. I've gone through HELL!!! finding good people to hire. This video is so informative and very helpful for first time VA applicants like me. I saw your 3 other vids about hiring a VA. I now understand why you hired Adrian and what you mean about gut feeling. Seems like a nice guy and I also like his answer about wanting to ask Hitler why he murdered the Jews. A very compelling answer tbh. I like how you conduct your interviews, polite and direct. Before I've seen this vid, I felt so scared of the interviews I still am but it's not that scary anymore like what I deemed it to be. I came across your channel bc I was looking for vids to learn some digital marketing skills before I apply as a VA. I was typing 'adwords for beginners' and first watch your vid not just bc it's one of the top vids, but bc I just want a very basic and short vid so I won't be overwhelmed by too much info as a beginner. Your vids are very helpful, informative and inspiring. Made me think I want to work as a VA to learn how online marketing works first hand so I could one day have my own business online.

The first 2 were great however I was still concerned about the second person. She states she wants to setup her own virtual office. When your VA starts subcontracting the work out this is when standards drop as she will be paying her employees a lot less. How did you get on with the second one, does she still work for you?
