I wish I had watched your video before my first boating today. I was sitting on the wrong side of the boat and the boat didn't go well no matter how hard I rowed. I almost called 911 in the middle of the lake. Thanks for the enlightening video!!!

Put a mark on both ends of your rope (easier if the rope is white) at 10cm from the end, then just lay the rope over the 10cm mark as you inflate it. I don't use the rope as a handle. Cut it into a short piece and a long piece. Use the short piece to tie the boat to docks and use the long piece to tie bags to the boat, out of the way so you can row freely and have plenty of room inside the boat.

Just bought a new one, never ride it yet but I already knew the experience. Thank you so much for the review. I can't wait riding this one with my little kid on holiday...

I was thinking about buying one now but riding it in a river seems risky cause it may get punchure ! What you think ?
@gracewelden7404 жыл бұрын
I would say not ride it in a river, it’s very small, and while it is durable, probably not that durable. Great for anything other than rapids!

@@anirudhgaikwad5524 Yes, river, lake, coastal sea, anywhere except deep sea. These boats are extremely stable, dry and reliable. And punctures don't matter. The inner section keeps you afloat, and that is almost impossible to damage from outside the boat, and all sections are accessible from inside the boat to inflate in seconds if you have a puncture anyway - which can be repaired on the water too!

For the price, it is a great quality raft. We just got home from a 3 day camping at Whiskeytown lake and my kids loved it. It's made from heavy material vinyl and got a lot of abuse from my boys getting in and out in rough rocky shores with occasional dead branches sticking out. It's a tough raft and I'm impressed. The oars that came with it are crap. I will upgrade to a better one.

The measuring thing maybe is just crap, to me it feels way too loose when i use the elecetric pump which is supposed max at the same presure the boat uses but in reality is too lose, i have to go 3 cm extra to feel ok. But it was a hot day that day...

Well, let me clarify. The air comes out, but so slowly I have to wait for hours. What should I do to make it faster

Please help. Got the exact same boat arriving tomorrow, but because I will be using it in the sea, I have very low confidence in the plastic oars. They should've provided the aluminium ones for both challenger boats. I need to get some better oars asap, preferably for my first use. A lot of people saying 122cm oars are too short, but would 200cm be too long? Thanks.
@hntrains22 жыл бұрын
200 cm would be too long. 150 cm would be a better choice. What did you get?

do you think this would hold up to gentle river paddling? There is a river near by that is mostly shallow, small bits of white water but no drops or anything crazy
@ALoonwolf2 жыл бұрын
These type of boats work great in very shallow water, you can just slide over the bottom and drag it along by the power of the oars scooping water alone. And if you damage the bottom so it deflates it makes almost no difference to how the boat functions.
