It is mind blowing that people literally technically die and can be brought back and they don’t see it as a big deal-that’s a part of being crippled by the grips of addiction. They don’t want to, but the brain gets rewired by the drugs and they’re being driven by the invisible demon that has taken camp in their brain. This guy trying to help may seem out of his mind taking the risks he does to help those in desperate need of such help-but if there were more people like him maybe things could start getting better. He’s an amazing person. He’s doing things the local police are getting paid to do but don’t bother because they don’t care-they just want their paycheck. HE CARES-that’s the difference and we need A LOT more people like him.

This was crazy to see I'm so thankful and grateful even more. Me and my family became homeless for 6 months last year after my dad was forced to retire after his heart attack no family members helped us. They all turned a blind eye. We did it all on our own, I am thankful even though at the time we were homeless we had a car to sleep in, we never went hungry and we were able to find areas to sleep. It made me stronger as a person and have way more empathy and respect for homeless people.

It’s actually really weird and quite common to hear people die and come back. I hear many do it because of the feeling it gives them basically like the ultimate drug. They literally suffocate themselves or od and then have someone pull them back to life before they die for good. I’ve known one who has died on purpose multiple times before he got clean. First, I would like to say that I love your content. Next, sadly this homeless epidemic is real and all over the nation. I personally was homeless off and on for 10 years. It is a real tragedy that people have to go through this. I can say that it is one of those things that gets harder to get out of the longer you are there. I was homeless because I have a mental disability that makes it hard for me to work. I was unable to help my mother with the bills, so after 6 months of living with her at 18, she kicked me out. This happens all the time. I was in Colorado when this happened and was lucky to find the Urban Peak youth homeless shelter which helped me quite a bit with therapy and stuff. The drugs are the main cause of this for a lot of people. I personally was at the time addicted to cocaine and meth. I have gone 6 years now without either! The worst part of this is that you can only help them if they want the help Many of them are not in their right minds and don't care anymore, making it almost impossible to help them.

As somebody who lives in Tacoma (40 min near Seattle), 2 hours away from Portland its the same here as well. While not decriminalized its acted as the same. Can only wish the best but itbwas a horrible decision. Lots of people from Cali headed up towards here and Oregon because of such. Because they can use it freely. Its insane.
