Our favorite breakfast is what I call hubbys breakfast bowls. They're shredded hashbrowns, crumbled sausage, scrambled eggs, cheese, and top with salsa. You can eat as a bowl or wrapped in a tortilla. It's so delicious.

Yes ma'am!! I need these in my life. I usually just grab a granola bar on the way out the door which, not gonna lie, I get tired of. These all look quick and delicious. I love that they can be made ahead of time and heated up in the morning. I love breakfast food but rarely make it for breakfast because of the time crunch. I do make it for dinner occasionally. All of these would be great for that too. Well, Mel, you've done it again. You've wow'd me with all of these recipes!! I can't wait to try them and have a break from those old granola bars. Lol! I love all 6 of these recipes. I've been making the sausage cream cheese pinwheels for years. I add some green onions to mine. But I especially love the cinnamon roll pig in the blankets...definitely will be trying that one this week😋

I always loved to make grab-and-go breakfast when my kiddos were in school. They were able to grab their breakfast, heat it up a little bit, and rush to the bus or drive to school. Sure you could freeze the prepared filling for the Hawaiian rolls, pinwheels, and stuffed biscuits, then you just have to thaw and bake when you're ready. You can also freeze the pinwheels before or after baking. And the stuffed biscuits freeze well after baking too.
