Some of Jon's lines on the guitar remind me of how Mark Tremonti (of Creed and Alter Bridge) will carry the rhythm and melody at the same time. Obviously not considering the stylistic differences.

People who discredit Tremonti based on "Creed memes"... It's sad. Like Jon said, the guy is a solid guitarist.

@@thehollowdavid I never appreciated him until I heard Open Your Eyes with Alter Bridge. I didn't listen to Creed much, nor did I dislike them. I just didn't have much exposure to them. Really underrated player.

@@TommyNitro Makes sense! Yeah, I mean. I unabashedly still like Creed. Scott's vocals (and lyrics) may not be my cup of tea, but instrumentally? There's a reason they blew up, and it's not because they suck.
