Como lloro con esta película! Me hace reflexionar demasiado en que a veces nos quejamos por tan poco.. Y las canciones son increibles, dejan a flor de piel los sentimientos. Es indescriptible las sensaciones al escuchar esta pieza musical, solo puedo decir que los latidos del corazón aumentan, los pequeños pelitos en la piel se ponen de punta al llegar al segundo 00:41, te llega el sentimiento si recuerdas la gran historia de esta película. This song takes your breath away. It is powerful. It reminds me of 3 moments in the film. -When Driss spends the night outside after his mother has kicked him out of the house. He doesn't know what to do with his life. It is as if he is suffocating in this environment without any perspective. He smokes to relieve himself. -Philippe's crisis of pain. Once again the action takes place at night. He is also choking. He can't breathe. He talks about his lost love. He can't see any perspective to this breath that is being cut off. He smokes to relieve himself. -the end of the film. The two of them are heading for a better future. They will be there for each other. The air they breathe is that of the open sea which is pure and powerful. This beauty that takes the breath away.

I heard this song a few years ago when my French teacher showed us this movie. She told us to close our eyes and listen to this song. And that was the moment I fell in love with the piano. Fue muy duro lo que vívi con el, y cada día que pasa lo recuerdo pero bien, riéndonos de todo. Le tenía mucho respeto y había una diferencia de edad de 20 años, vivía para el. Llego a decirme que yo tenía que ser su cuerpo y el mi cabeza para seguir adelante. Abandoné mi novia porque no creía que estaba con mi amigo, que el cáncer lo iba consumiendo de a poco, cada día era una lucha y ver su deterioro en los últimos tiempos no me hacía bajar los brazos, pensábamos a futuro pero sabíamos cada uno el desenlace y lo callabamos. Remodelaba su casa y construia cosas que el quizo siempre y no quería alguien que supiera hacerlo, solo yo hacía lo que imaginaba. Y lo tenía al cuidado, yo durmiendo al pie de su cama para que cuando quiera levantarse ayudarlo, darle las pastillas, el agua, subirlo a la silla de ruedas, llevarlo al auto y de ahí al control en la clínica, bajarlo, abrazarlo y darle fuerzas para que le hagan diálisis que el se negaba. Pasearlo en su silla con la gorra de cuero para salir a dónde sea en las noches, fumar para que se sienta mejor, acostarlo y masajes. Hubo un día que contraté una chica para que haga lo mismo que yo, pues quería descansar, pero el no la quería, se ponía nervioso hasta que decidí seguir con la rutina. Vino un día la hija, su ex esposa para cuidarlo, me enoje con el porque no quería tomar su pastilla y me fui enojado, pero volví al saber que preguntaba por mi, no lo quise abandonar pero quería que entre en razón, y así pasaron los días y meses, sabía que el moriría en mis brazos y pasó. Un dolor enorme que aún hoy no creo que se haya ido, siempre lo siento conmigo, y casualmente hoy le dije a mi hijo, me siento como si fuese el, tengo actitudes, palabras y formas de decirlas, el vestir, el perfume que uso, la forma en que me miran las mujeres ( el era solo pero con novia ) y si, se me hace que hoy soy un poco como el, aunque viva con mi hijo, esa es la única diferencia. Esta película es muy similar a lo que vívi con el, hasta tener que pedir que corran un auto para pasar con el auto de mi amigo y con tono amenazante, era su auto el que manejaba, demás está decir que soy una persona que cuando me ven me tienen respeto por cómo hablo demostrando autoridad. Me dejó muchas enseñanzas y hoy miro y veo todo diferente. Me dejó mucha bondad, y por sobre todo amor por todo lo que es la vida, lo que tiene vida. Ese fue mi AMIGO, mi amigo José.
