What you told is correct. Day trading is emotionally draining. Our heart beat will increase once the market moves in opposite direction. The profit we get is negligible when compared to the tension we r having duing the day trading. Highly risky. Eventhough day trading is the beauty of share market, its better not to do.

Good presentation, simple and clear explanation where even a beginner can grasp the things easily. For viewers: From my experience in the market for more than 20 plus years, Intraday trading is high-risk, only for those who are exceptionally expert and who has a firsthand knowledge of the market can harvest profit in intraday or else you will loose your money quite easily. I recommend to go for long term investments. One can consider SIP also. Try to accumulate shares from each dip and accumulate it for long term.
