I think it's important to specify that intramembranous bone formation originates from MSC's and NOT from cartilage precursors.

This is a great presentation. Your use of color, to show sequence, is genius. In depth, good pace and nice simple sketches. intramembranous ossification usually occurs in flat bones. For long bones, they go through endochondral ossification instead.
