@@sumaiyasultana6759 yeah I’m totally comfortable …it doesn’t reduce any of our intimacy levels … but it took me an year to set completely with irregular periods and spotting between periods .. that was very uncomfortable.. but may not be same with all …for few it may take just 3-6months of time to come to a normal stage 😊🤝

IUD is best contraception but in my case, firstly out of doubt I opted for non-harmonal contraception (cooper ) which is highly discomfortable beacuse of my small size of urethra and bigger size of cooper IUD; I had spotting over 2 weeks and pain in the lower abdomen. Then, I changed to kyleena which much smaller than cooper one ease of insertion and hormonal but in lower doses. Now I’m happy with choice. And those who are having longer periods can opt for Mirena which has more hormones and decreases bleeding
