Intrepid Museum Acquires Douglas F4D Skyray

Having visited the Intrepid twice (2017 and 2019), both times during touristic trips from France to the US, I’m excited to see that an F4D is coming to the exhibit ! Knowing that I will come to the US again, I really want to stop by and admire this rare and gorgeous aircraft !!

Sad to see it go from NEAM but it needed it. Wasn’t in great condition for being such a rare plane. Any idea what day you’re going to move it out so I can check it out before then?
