Question, what age can you use bitcoins? I’m getting quite interested in this topic and have many questions. Having a virtual generation of money is a brilliant idea. All the perks of having bitcoins and the coding of the way they’re used is unbelievable. But as I said, what age can you use bitcoins?

I see a lot more people today my age(30 and under) using google wallet/apple pay then a year ago. It urks me because I know the many advantages bitcoin has over those two, but for a non technical person, its a familiar interface without the complexity/pain points bitcoin has today. tho it urks me, its a step in the right direction.

BassFishingNEB The same thing that would happen if your local bank shut down: Absolutely nothing. Unless all the internet and electricity around the whole world was permanently shut down (which would be akin to all the banks throughout a country shutting down and toppling the local currency, which as unlikely as that is to happen, is much more likely than all internet and electricity permanently going down worldwide), your bitcoins would remain secure, and you could continue to use them just fine. But in such a permanent, worldwide disaster such as that, you'd have a lot more to worry about than bitcoin, or any other currency or commodity.

Imagine you make a song and you want to register the authority, the bitcoin technology, called blockchain, allows you to register that your are the author of that song and anyone else could change the info or hacked because for hacking it you should hack thounsand of computers. It is impossible!
