Have my GFC with cubby on the way… Thinking bout cutting few feet of back panel away closest to front of vehicle. Add netting of some kind to keep gear in place when driving. Then can drop netting when chillin in the bed & use shelf as a table.

Yes. The rear bay will be accessible via a slider door.

Yup! We are coming out with an accessory that allows you to replace the standard fixed removable panel with a sliding door so that you can access the rear compartment from the inside.
