Great drills, I've not used the shoulder roll or step back much before and it will take a bit of practice for it to feel natural. Good work again.

Thanks for the drills! Could you make a video on the "not so simple" 1-2 combo? I'm having a hard time keeping the bag going back and forth in a straight line. I feel like I don't have enough time to setup my hips and shoulders properly to send a straight cross. The bag is going back towards me too quickly. How should I place my front foot, on the side of the bag or just in front of it?

Definitely! It’s all about practice and getting the timing down. Once you have the rhythm all the possibilities open up from there!
