Thanks for quick reply Adam Rosenfeld. Your courses got me introduced to Stoicism. Will you recommend some book or any of your lecture to inculcate Socratic method of debates, asking questions? Please advice.

Well it's tough to beat the original source here. If you want to learn Socratic method, I'd recommend reading Plato's early dialogues. The Hackett "Five Dialogues" collection is affordable, and includes serviceable translations of Euthyphro, Meno, Apology, Crito, and Phaedo. If you're looking for secondary lit, Jacob Klein's guide to Plato's Meno is excellent, and changed the way I read Plato and think about Socratic method. For a significantly more advanced and incisive investigation, see Jaakko Hintikka's Socratic Epistemology.
