It looks like Power Virtual Agents doesn't have a lot of functions. When is it going to have functions like: adding files, URL's, Questions, etc? So the bot knows to answer based on the info loaded? That would be great and useful. Thank you.

What is the difference between Power Page and a SharePoint Communication Side?

Power Pages is targeted towards external audiences, without the need to assign M365 licences. SharePoint communication sites are targeted towards internal (and licensed) audiences. You can use your Power Pages sites to expose Dataverse data towards the internet, to external customers that are not part of your domain. Just be aware that there are license costs for the usage of Power Pages, depending on if users will use your site as anonymous or authenticated.

The thing is all of office 365 is WAY too cumbersome and cluttered. As a business owner it is not user friendly AT ALL. You need to START all apps with a very low barrier to entry. You need to have it funtion out of the box. Much like a zapier or other smaller companies softwares. You need to basically go to microsoft college and STILL not get it to work correctly after its all said and done. It needs polishing. Remove some of the detail. Remove the customization. Just MAKE IT WORK. THEN give us the option to upgrade to better features and functionality. none of my companies can EVER use ANY of microsofts apps. We always have to go outside of microsoft office to find a FUNCTIONAL alternative to apps microsoft already provides.
