Intro To Salesforce Starter , Simplifying CRM for Small Businesses

Nice Video! Very helpful. I am thinking of making the purchase for my small business but I have a couple of questions. 1. Can I access the Developer console? 2. Can I create apex classes, LWCs and triggers? 3. If I can't do the above directly, can I install a managed or unmanaged package that has extra functionality that I need? 4. if I can install an unmanaged package, can I edit it's metadata in the dev console or settings? 5. Can I install a manage package that includes programmatic automation e.g. batch class, scheduled jobs, apex trigger, or platform events? 6. Can I programmatically integrate my Salesforce Starter instance with External software eg Website, Quickbooks, etc? I know these might be many questions but in short I would like to know to what extent I can customize it programmatically, either directly in my instance or through an installed package. I have been unable to reach a salesforce rep that can help me shade light on this, any help will really really be appreciated. Thanks in advance.

Hi @henry, salesforce starter has diff kind of SKU's inside, basic SKU is just basic, you can't customize anything, however you have a flows where u can automate your business process , in short - no programmatic elements, i'm sure there other sku's in the starter product, SF will announce soon on diff editions where you have a flexibility to customize things using programmatic elements.
