How can i slide a frame to the right without filling frames on the original frame position?

If you hold Alt when dragging the exposure, it'll create a Duplicate Special of it, don't change anything in the popup window and you should be fine; if all you need is to copy the original exposure without filling in frames. (you may have to delete the original frame after though)

I've used both and seen both used in cartoon production and I have to say Harmony is.....significantly better; worlds apart. You can tell that Harmony was designed for the sole purpose of producing animation as efficiently and effectively as possible. It's not perfect but boy is it better 😅
