Croatia's RTL is not a RTL affiliate anymore, it's been sold by Central European Media Enterprises on June 2022.

there is a chance to RTL croatia to use "united" branding but unfortunately, they're no longer part of RTL Group.

RTL Croatia isn't part of the RTL Group since June 2022, her owner now is Central European Media Enterprises, so they didn't have any obligation to follow the RTL new graphic idents.

They're probably phasing out the RTL name since the sale (because RTL Is no longer the owner) and slowly changing with other name (I think)

I understand the new owner actually received a license from the RTL Group to keep using the RTL brand.
