Introduce ASICAP(Android)

ASICAP is an android based app used to control ZWO ASI USB3.0 cameras.
this app can run on all android platform include smart phone, android TV, android projector etc.

ASICAP works nicely with my tablet computer, but it suppresses the buttons at the bottom of the display (why?) and offers no exit button by itself, so there is no clean way to exit this app. And a comment on the Linux version: There is not only Ubuntu, some people use openSUSE which needs RPM packages instead of DEB.

that's "USB bandwidth Limit" to limit the transfer speed of the camera just like "tube usb" under SharpCap or "USB Limit" under Firecapture

With a better OTG I can set a larger percentage type 80% or 100%, and have more FPS?

you can try to turn up it, this value depends on phone, OTG usually won't help
