"Panalo" means Winner or Victorious. The backround intro was a Filipino folk song titled "Cariñosa" (Charming, sweet). The word "tisoy" is a term for filipino's for someone who's appearance doesnt look like "brown" . EZ Mil has a fair skin color. "Pinoy" means FILIPINO.
