@@GamingLiveEnt457PH I kinda agree with this one. The animations would definitely be an overkill for an OS, but the Neumorphism should not have a big influence in performance. The Windows 7 Fruchtiger Aero design was very lightweight even tho it was "3D"

Serious artistic critique: It's almost an updated "Frutiger Aero," but it lacks gloss. It's not that the "frosted glass" effect/glass-morphism style shouldn't exist, it's just so overdone everywhere. Another big issue I have with this style is that vomit-inducing corporate cotton candy color scheme. I've seen this color scheme in MacOS and the ads for the AI-generated Coca-Cola flavor: Y3000. I do like how this ad's style has skeuomorphic materials and I like the usage of tropical-esque plants. Truthfully, Windows does need something similar to Frutiger Aero (obviously not just a direct copy and paste of Windows 7's UI as that looks outdated). Not because I like Frutiger Aero, but because the point was to make the future of technology look optimistic and to be accessible to consumers who haven't tried it before. Windows 12, or whenever the next UI revision of Windows is, needs an updated Frutiger Aero aesthetic to calm the nerves of people scared of AI taking jobs and making life a little less human. Windows needs humanism and this is definitely a step in the right direction.

Nice animations, but sadly the real-life use doesn't feel the way it does in the video. Copilot is a weird web-app experience no matter where (iOS, Android Apps, Windows Sidebar, Edge, ...) and doesn't feel integrated well enough. Yet I love copilot, using it daily. Just saying the it doesn't *feel* like in the animations.

They got rid of Cortana, but Copilot has no "wake word"/voice initiation, and in order to clear history and maintain privacy you have to fumble your way to an internet site, every time. You cannot turn of history, you can only set it to auto-clear every 30 days. This is very poorly designed for privacy; but then again all of Microsoft's menu systems are a maze and counter-intuitive. They should stick to the "3 clicks" rule that is the industry standard (and have been for nearly 20 years).
