Creality Print 6 will probably come later for MAC a Linux. PC guys will be a test subjects. 😅 I'll be installing Orca because the interface bugs on MAC are distracting.

Nice, most complaints I hear about the A1 with AMS lite is they wish it could do more than 4 colors. I dont do color printing, but this could be. A game changer at this price if it works well!

The A1 is a really great printer. I don't love the AMS Lite, and 4 colors can be limiting. Super curious about this. They making me wait till February to show it.....

@@3DRundown AMS light is better than AMS (and CFS) in many ways. Its faster, its easier to use most type of carbon spools, it can even handle soft tpu (with som mods today but with a firmware update no mods would be needed). And at least compared to CFS its a lot quieter which is one of the point of having a A1 to begin with. Since CFS is so loud it will not matter how quiet the Hi is, you will not be able to be in the same room while printing any way.

I'm in the same room as 8-10 printers running, at any given time, unless I'm shooting. 😂😂 I really don't care for the AMS Lite at all. It has a few perks, but, overall, I much prefer the OG

The price on this new rig is very interesting. Recently, I purchased an additional CFS for my K2 and paid just shy of $375.00 for it. It seems to me, that Creality could possibly sell the new combo without a CFS for folks who already have a K2 and would be willing to move the existing CMS back and forth twixt the two printers. Or, getting the Combo with the CFS could allow those with a K2 to have 8 colors on one machine or the other. 🤞

Yea, I think it's great that it uses the same CFS, it's going to make owning the CFS, and multiple CFS, easier. It will also help, when getting stand alone machines, while having a CFS already. The Used market will benefit for sure

Interesting for sure. I would be willing to test it against my A1 but they don't talk to us normal folks...lol. The A1 Combo is 489.00 right now...guessing it may stay there. They give any clues on shipping date for these? Can these and K1 etc. be used with Orca (I use SD card)?

I use Bambu Studio for my V3's and K1's. Can also use Orca. Upload to Creality cloud and manage printers from there. I'm told I can show it Feb 17th, so, perhaps some date near that...

It is my opinion that the Name HI indicates that this printer is targeting total 3D printing newbies, like me. I will probably be getting my first 3D printer in May, which should give this model a chance to be well review, and most if its quirks discovered.

@3DRundown check out todays creality live stream... 50$ ish for upgrade kit to use cfs with k series not ender.. ender gets copilot ( up to 20 color) for the rest of creality multicolor expansion.. 81 point auto level in 3 min! hi combo feb 17 release in canada

FEB 17th, is when I'm allowed to show the HI COMBO. I have NO CLUE why they insist on holding content till release date. It's crazy.... As for the K1 CFS, I was told I'd be the 1st to have it, yet, I didn't even know they are showing it.... Oh well. Lol

It makes sense. They gotta have a lower cost, smaller MM printer in their line-up. The K2 is huge, expensive, and a nightmare to ship. The V3 is a super solid printer. Building on that, this thing may turn out to be their best printer yet. AND, it uses the same CFS as the K2. That is a really good design choice. We'll see how it play's out
