Introducing Digital Nav Log version 2.0

Hi Skip! I looked at your Nav Log and I see a few things that I think needs attention, 1. The Checkpoint and fixes vertical column is not lined up with the first horizontal column to the right, all of them don't line up. 2. I feel that in the Checkpoint area, or maybe a new vertical column showing what type of aircraft is being flown. The Type and Number of that aircraft. For those of us that love to fly all sorts of aircraft. Skip, I noticed that below the word course, there are some black looking arrows pointing towards the right horizontal columns, what are they for? Thanks, Terry

Hi Terry, This is an almost exact copy of a real navigation log, most logs have a similar look. I know it looks like it's messed up but that's for a reason. Two checkpoints (from and to) are related to one row so the calculations are displayed between the two checkpoints if that makes sense. The little black arrows are between two checkpoints and point to the row of calculations related to those two checkpoints (From checkpoint on top To checkpoint on below). The area on top for notes is where you would put the information you are suggesting and not below, it's already cluttered and confusing enough. Does this make sense? Blessings, skip

@@WEHVideos I can understand Skip, I am somewhat surprised at you flying a real live plane and I''m presuming you said you have flight instructor right? They say your health is suppose to be good on those real planes, but truly, I thought flying on a simulator was easier. lol also when hearing your voice, you did seem to sound like someone in the mid 50s and 60s, but wasn't sure which. I'm in my mid 60s. lol So we are both in that same plane. (boat) which ever. lol Terry

Hi Terry, I'm two clicks from 80 but just got my OK from my flight medical exam clearance so I can still solo if I ever get the opportunity again, probably won't solo except maybe staying in the pattern or near the airport. Covid put a end to flying sorry to say :-( Blessings, skip

Hi Richard, Wow thanks so much for the offer!! I'm a rank amateur in C++ using Embarcadero C++ Builder and my coding is at best questionable!
