Hey there, I received the unit on Friday but have yet to have any luck with getting it to turn on. I initially tried charging it with the 240W charger provided but I got no response, nor any indication that the unit is actually charging. I then tried with the car charger and got the same result. I purchased an MC4 to Anderson connector and connected to my 100W Solar panel but that didn't work either. It's been over 48 hours of trying to test this but I can't even get it to turn on or charge and I'm completely frustrated and under the impression that I have been sent a defective unit after 2 years of waiting. I've read the user manual through & through but if there's anything I'm missing please let me know or perhaps connect me to tech support to assist me with this issue before I escalate further.

Yeah, man, I’m disappointed too. Luckily mine works, but was an early adopter and even paid for an additional car charger to support them. Two years later, it arrives after a million delays and guess what, no car charger. Given the poor track record of responding to inquiries, I doubt I’ll ever get what unpaid for.

Hey, thanks for reply. We need to know the output voltage of your solar and altinator, not only the amps, which are different concepts. The amps can be bigger, but the voltage must be within the input range of the charging port of the ElecHive.

@ZEROBREEZETech I have 4 235 amp 6 volt batteries. I have a 220 amp altinator I have 320 watts of solar at 12 volts. I will not hook up to my altinator before my charge controller, which will never drain my starting g batteries. My charge controller puts out 50 amps of charging front altinator and 25 amps of charging from solar. If this doesn't work, I already have a 2000 watt Yamaha inverter and 5000 btu window air. It's also a whole hell of a lot cheaper.

If you want to charge the ElecHive using both the truck's battery and the solar panels simultaneously, it is indeed capable of doing so. However, please ensure that the voltage falls within the input range of the ElecHive's charging port.

We don’t know what parts the zero breeze runs in their power banks either. But any company is going to gather the best parts they can find for the lowest price points to make the most off of each item landed. What changes between each manufacturer is marketing. The knockoffs just don’t really much. Because they know cheap asses will buy them products regardless.

Hi. I was an early adopter and paid for a car charger. When my unit finally arrived the car charger was not included. I was thinking it might be shipped separately? It’s been months after and still nothing. How do I go about getting it?
