Will I be able to authenticate Twitter users there?

If this were actually real (it's not people), the first things that come to mind are - How is the service in places like BigSky Montana, where clouds aren't frequent fliers. Secondly, how would CFC's and UV rays affect data. Being that the upper layers of our atmosphere including the Troposphere absorb most of the aforementioned. Lastly, what kind of affect would weather phenomena have; i.e hurricanes and tornados, as I don't think data integrity would be upheld when trees are thrown (literally) into the mix. So, one day, when all data is in actual cloud, and there are no physical data centers, can we guarantee that we will not lose control of our data? I am talking about potential instances where someone actually wants to shut us out of the cloud server that we only use, but do not own. What if the owner goes rogue, for example?
