one question regarding this new service; if a customer wanted to a video chat with a factory sound fitted locomotive (for example a bachmann class 20) and wanted some sounds from it being played, would you be able to play a few sounds for that customer?

If it was requested in advance, this is not impossible to do if we have the item in stock. We have not tested the system with locomotive sounds though, so I can not comment on the sound quality the microphone will pick up from the loco.
