Thanks so much for that comment! We would love to use it as a testimonial on Tech Enthusiast’s web pages, especially since we are expanding the teaching into online courses soon - so stay tuned! Please let us know how you would feel about it and if your KZbin user ID & profile picture can be displayed alongside the quote! 😊It would mean a lot 🙏

I am currently working on an Alletra campaign as a rep, and this honestly was the most useful thing I have seen so far. Instant Sub, and I can't wait to check out the other content.

Happy to hear, Greg! Thanks for the subs and good luck with the campaign! 😎

Good stuff, this served as a primer to help me understand the new HPE offerings, however, when you mentioned IBM SVC and NetApp Data Fabric, you forgot to mention DataCore, which was the grandfather to it all, and actually better from a resiliency, flexibility, and especially performance perspective. Sadly, DataCore was just never that great at pricing or marketing San Symphony - but it could have (read maybe SHOULD have) ruled the world :)
@TechEnthusiastInc2 жыл бұрын
DataCore! True. I should have mentioned them. But awesome that there are vigilant people like you to fill the gaps! ;)

Yep, this is big thing, not only for HPE but for the industry. Will be interesting to see what's next.

Seems not an option for dark site.
@TechEnthusiastInc2 жыл бұрын
Nope, DSCC not so much. ;) But there's still an option to use local array management at dark sites.

so... 3par becomes Primera. and then Primera upgrades to Primera9000. Nimble becomes Alletra 6000. Is that right?
@TechEnthusiastInc3 жыл бұрын
Hi there! That's correct. 3PAR -> Primera -> Alletra 9000 and Nimble -> Alletra 6000.

Hi Markus. First of all let me tell you I'm a HPE ops guy, working in the AAS deployment in one of the many regions, and this Video on the new Cloud data storage arrays is amazing!! Thank you. Have you please got it all written down somewhere? If yes, would you be willing to send it to me so I can use it in a presentation I'm working on? Thanks again
