The Indie 7 Cine monitor states it uses the Page OS4, and I did check the compatibility firmware for what monitors are included for Page OS5. Am I able to update to the latest firmware to get these new features?

BRICKED MY MONITOR!!! I have two SmallHD monitors. I installed the "stable" update of the new OS 5 and my monitor is bricked. Luckily, only my Focus OLED and not my CINE 7 with Raptor Control. Specifically, DO NOT add the anamorphic tool to all pages. The monitor will crash. This has been a problem I made SmallHD aware of in July. Previously, the monitor would just crash. I thought I would see if they fixed the problem with OS 5 and now my monitor is bricked. I personally would stay away from the "stable" OS 5 altogether, but definitely do not add anamorphic to "all pages". It will crash your SmallHD monitor and possibly brick it. If anyone knows how to do a hard reset on a SmallHD monitor, please let me know.

@@KinoapparaTom No, but with the holiday I don't expect any action till Tuesday. I'll keep everyone updated. It is very unfortunate.

Please reach out to support ASAP and they will provide you a file to do a field recovery! If you can provide your serial number this will help them get you the right stuff. This bug has just been reported and engineering is working on a fix -- any other units in the field can avoid this by not using the global tool for the time being.

@@KinoapparaTom Support emailed yesterday and sent me hard reset instructions. It's all sorted now. Just so you know, the files they sent didn't work. Adding the "reset" folder to the SD card did work and set the monitor back to its original state. SmallHD, please, please, let people know on the firmware page of your website know of this problem. If I was on a job and this happened, I would have been without a monitor. Thank you for getting it sorted for me quickly.

Why would that be needed? You can insert an SD card into the monitors with any LUT of your preference, inclusive of those from Canon.

@@franciscobf Sorry, I misunderstood you. I thought you wanted to have pre-programmed LUT's in the monitor. The compatibility of Zone EI with the other versions of C-Log seems a known issue, maybe in future firmware.
