The conception of ReNA (Renew Addington) took place on October 18th 2021, a community meeting which gathers key partners and stakeholders of New Addington. ReNA's sole initiative is to tackle local issues in the area, such as Youth crime and ASB, and also provide a holistic space where representatives can gather, connect, and strategise. Chaired and hosted by community leader Still Shadey, and sponsored by Ment4.

I just came from the Central Parade, I saw James, The new Sergeant that’s patrolling NA - alright mate, cool. Been here for years, and when I think of it, I’m grateful Course there be problems, but when we gather, we able. I jumped on 64, come let's explore You don't just need to see parade, there's Fieldway next door I see the Pantree popping I might aswell just pop in to the family centre Lisa and Julia can’t be forgotten, I’m impressed, even thought we lost Goldcrest Play place still going strong, that's youth engagement at its best I have hope for this small town From the top all the way down, Where young kings and queens will rightfully take their crown But to be royalty, you need to build your own kingdom, The local residents, the councillors in the system, NGOs, the Faith groups, MET team, and schools like Meridian, Come on guys, it's brillant! Thats New Addington, we have problems, we manage them We need to find a path, Path Finders will play a part... Hey Marion ! That’s a start, Key partners are now gathering Every single week to help renew addington!
