Incredible commercial. You made being outside with your friends look REALLY fun. We could use some of that ❤

The best part about compact ebikes is unlike large ebikes they're not heavy and they don't take up a lot of space

This thing looks sweet! I think that’s a good deal for the bike too.

This bike is cool, very mini bike reminiscent.. 599 is a good price for a decent frame, good brakes, 14” wheels are more stable ride compared to the typical 6” mini bike tires. When the electric components wear out, slap a predator 212cc in the frame and there ya go. I’m getting myself one for Christmas, I was hoping for some Black Friday deals to pop up, but all I see is 599$ everywhere. I got to do a test ride at Dicks, it’s a cool rig.

I wonder how it is to ride for a 4'11" mom and ride a 5 yr old in urban environment. My wife finds it hard to ride my RadRunner even with seat at its lowest setting. Is there a place to test ride it?

One of the girls in the commercial is 5’3”, according to their website. I saw that this bike is being sold at Dick’s sporting goods.

While anything that gets that game controller out of their hands is great, I can't help but giggle at the fact that pedal power isn't enough for American kids anymore. Must admit, it would have been really cool to have one of those half century ago

I'm guessing I have a ton of bias when it comes to ebikes as I use a rad rover 6 plus with a 20-25mph 750-watt motor and 45 miles per charge battery as a commuter bike. The price of this one is nice, but 30 miles per charge is terrible compared to most leading ebike competitors like lectric and rad, to name a few. Unless you can charge that battery within, say, 30 minutes like your phone rather than 3-8hours like most ebikes. The bike also only has a 250-watt motor and is designed as if it's going faster than 17.5mph (not to mention you'll be going about 14mph at most depending on how much someone weighs. Though schwinn claims this bike can support up to 260lbs for anyone from a 13yr old to adults at 5'11". If schwinn made this to steal customers from competitors, this was a poorly designed choice. Especially the name seeing this year has been a horrible year for hurricanes.

This bike is perfect for my 12yo nephew. I think it looks the part too. The fatter tires look proportional to the rest of the bike unlike most of those balloon tires e-bikes that are everywhere these days.

The Schwinn Hurricane is a bike from the 70s 😂

If the range is 30 miles when riding at 17.5 mph, then that’s fantastic

Good comment. Yes, 250 watts sounds way too weak. It really Should be at least a 500 watt . It'd be ideal for the top speed to be varied, by way of different modes/speed selections. 25 mph would be a decent amount of top speed potential. I guess they're afraid of lawsuits..? So therefore they make sure to give it very Meek performance capacity, at least as a stock, right out of the box/from the store purchase. : /
