Great feature! I´m developing a multitenant project management app and I´m confused if I should create just a single container with folders for each project inside OR should I just create a container for every project? The projects can be tens of thousands. What is your suggestions?

I think having a single container with folders for each project would make it over complicated and difficult to manage considering different security and compliance requirements and permissions. separate containers would provide you more control over how to want to 'configure' a particular project. Moreover, as it comes with traditional SharePoint, throttling limits are reached as the content increases within a single document library, I assume same can be the case with SharePoint embedded for optimization purposes.
