Pagkatapos mong ilaga ang pork skin, ilagay mo sa freezer overnight. Cook it right out from the freezer to the hot boiling oil. It will surely pop as chicharon.

Dapat po tamang temp ang mantika. Pag hindi pa mainit ang mantika at nilagay mo na ang balat ng baboy,matagal bago mag pop ang balat. Kaya dapat ung umuusok na ung mantika at saka ilagay ung balat.

Kung bago ang mantika mo,hindi maglalasang sunog. Once nailagay mo ung balat ng baboy,reduce mo ung heat. Pag sanay ka na,matitimpla mo na ang init na kailangan mo. Sana mapanood mo ung gumagawa ng chicharon in Pampanga and Bulacan,maramihan sila kung gumawa at hindi naman lasang sunog ang chicharon nila.
