Introducing Symmetry

Geared towards primary to grade three, this video is an introduction to symmetry in art. In art, there is bilateral symmetry, radial symmetry, and asymmetry. Practice making a symmetrical composition with small objects, draw a butterfly using a window as a light box, and make a folded cut paper composition with a pair of scissors and construction paper. This video makes the symmetrical world a little easier to understand.
