And in a world where tech has the capacity to make our lives more convenient, I feel passionately about not leaving parents behind. Parents deserve a sophisticated app that fits into their busy lives and makes them feel equipped to handle whatever is in front of them, in real time.

Unfortunately, the lack of a free tier made it an instant delete for me after signing up. I don't want to have to remind myself to cancel after the 14-day trial because I have enough going on (hence the need for the app) so I will never understand the value of the app enough to justify the expense. I understand the need for paying for rapid, one-on-one support but surely the notifications driven by the device's tech could be made free. Wishing you luck regardless!
