Great tutorial! Here it worked fine in previous versions, but after I installed 4.4.9, I can no longer find these directories. Here are listed the following folders: "backups" "cache" "crash" "lib" "local" "lock" "log" "mail" "opt" "run" "spool" "tmp" I can't find the Mautic directory anymore.

Hi, a bit hard to answer without seeing the server, but I think you unzipped the update in the wrong place.

If this is your question, then yes, Mautic is able to track opens. Certainly clicks and even replies.

Hi, this is kinda offtopic here. I think you installed Mautic in a subdirectory. Seek me out in the Mautic forums, and we will help you there.
