this etailors doesnt work. If you set it up through the config --> email option its able to send out the test email successfully. However when i try to send emails to contacts it says Failed to send to <email redacted>: Unable to send an email: There are 1 partial failures, check logs for exception reasons. Odd given the test email goes out. Im running v5.1.1... logs show blank. looks like others are having issues too online from what i read with no solutuon that i found..do you know whats causing this?

i have a problem configuring the doctrine scheme. When trying to send a test message i got an error of connection refused. I understand the problem is connecting to the database right?

Thanks for the video, Sir. Please, I need you to help me out with Mautic 5. I installed Mautic 5 through Hostinger, the hosting platform. I got everything right, and I logged into the Mautic dashboard. However, when I tried to send an email message to one of my contact lists, it did not work. Is there anything else I need to do? I even installed "pm-pmaas/etailors_amazon_ses" but the plugin is not showing up where other plugins are listed.

i would say not a good tutorial at all. for staters it says install symfony/amazon-mailer. Ok how? where do you get it? how do you install it? there is no reference to the aws console on how to do this. This is too much theory, and very little practical. I have unsubscribed

I've been struggling with setting up Mautic for a couple weeks. My Email Settings page is not showing "Service to send mail through" dropdown to select SES. I have absolutely no idea why. Installed once via ZIP on shared server, then again on Amazon EC2. Picked wrong OS and had to re-do. Hit an error at almost every command. Hours later and I got Mautic running but same exact issue. I used this line from your tutorial "composer require symfony/amazon-mailer" - is this what's supposed to add the dropdown? Any idea why this is happening?!

We configured the threads (4 in total) to send faster in the same second. It turns out that when the threads end, broadcast:send continues sending to the same contacts, duplicating the emails. I disabled all crons and requested a new broad schedule. Even with cron disabled, broadcast:send is sent, thus sending broad. How to abort broadcadast:send so it doesn’t send automatically. Awesome video Jozsef, thank you so much! With your amazing knowledge, would you be willing to do another video showing the same process with Mautic 5? There have been some changes.. I tried your steps, but it seems that the SNS doesn't work? Also, I ended up having to change to smtp instead of ses+api to get emails to send. But then I'm unable to determine what URL I should use for the Endpoint for the SNS subscription when using SMTP (or if that's even possible).

Would you recommend doing this for all of the fields that you populate? Address, City, State, Phone Number, Position - all of my contact use these fields. Email alone 100x increase in performance.

Hey, I am getting a lot of contacts in my mautic through my newsletter form but these contacts are added by bots, pls tell me what I should do, as every time the contact is added an DOI email is sent and since they have been added by BOTs so the email owner mark that spam and my new emails are going to spam. Is there any way to check notifications that arrived from SNS on Mautic? Any kind of log about this? It was not very clear how to check emails that were bounced or complaints coming from SNS requests. Can you help me?
