If you were to click on the address on the left does that take you to a separate object where you can assign other contacts in your system to and add additional fields?

This makes it easier to use the calling list feature because we don't have to stop and add notes or remember what we said. As we move forward, it would be nice if all of the day's call summaries could be emailed via the hot sheet, the next day.
