Instead of wasting all that "paint" by flicking the brush onto paper before putting it on the gel press, flicking the "extra" onto a craft mat gives one the opportunity for two different looks (two for one)! Those colors made beautiful gel press backgrounds but I'll bet they make beautiful "ink smooshing" backgrounds too! I love the vibrant colors. TFS

I think from a response to an earlier comment, or maybe it was a comment on a different video😂, they are matte. Also, at the start Tracey said you can add mica to them, too, and if they were already shimmery that likely wouldn't be necessary.

Yes Lucy, you are right. The Dinkles are a matt dry ink with no shine to them - however as Tracey suggests in the video - you can add the mica shade of your choice to them for a shiny and stunning effect. Hope that helps. 😊 Emma-Jo 🧚‍♀️💙👓

@cherry, of course she is wearing gloves! I don't think you understand what this product really is. It is powdered ink, and when the water hits, It turns into ink! Would you put your hands into a container of ink??? Most artists understand this!
