Introducing the Storage Conroller mod for Vintage Story - easy item auto sorting!

The Storage Controller will let you quickly sort items into your Vintage Story containers! This works somewhat similarily to the Storage Drawer mod for Minecraft. Open the Storage Controller chest and put your items in. You using a linking tool to tell the Storage Controller what containers to use. Supports the Better Crates mod (which is highly recommended!). Different tiers can be built with increasingly better range and speed.

When i played MC i loved logistics pipes. I guess this is the equivalent. But i do miss watching the items move through pipes.

Dear god.... First an ender chest functionality... Now the beginning of Storage drawers... *Just needs the drawers as a Crate alternative* What next... AE2!!! Actually that would fit VS' world scheme. Still hoping to see something similar to Botania's Portal to Elves, since we don't have dimensions "yet" it would be a way to get special items using a multiblock like that. Botania, or heck even Blood Magic would do well in this game ngl.

It runs on my test server and seems like it's working fine so far! (Doing silly things like infinitely looping objects thru a storage system with chutes)

is there a way to save the chest settings? if you first made a copper and then later want to use a iron or steel do you have to repick all the chest your copper was using for the steal?

At the moment yes you'd have to re-do it. I'll see about having it save settings or having an upgrade thing hmm
