I was sad to see this video end! You went all out with the Nismo upgrades, professional all the way, the way I would do it. I heard the Nismo CAI was paused pending CARB, is that true? I have a build in production and will definitely follow in your footsteps, or at least aspire to lol. Definitely looking forward to your updates Nick! My guess is the bronze rims were chosen because they have previously been a factory option, and they look sic.

Nismo makes Factory Spec race cars as well as they are an aftermarket tuning company partnered with Nissan. If your stock Nismo isn’t setup for your specific driving needs there are more aftermarket parts available through Nismo for different racing and driving needs.

It would be an 80k base MSRP car if they included all that from the factory. They already can't sell these at low to mid 60k.

That is true, I do like how they offer the parts so anyone with a decent tool set and some time can swap out a lot of these parts on a Sport model for a fraction of the cost of a Nismo and have hshift and the near bulletproof R200 differential (so many LSD options) to boot 😃

Thanks for having a camera man and decent bgm, definitely a great production value and perfect information delivery, no fluffy intros to get a certain video length or "edgy" insecure 2010's camera lens slapping outro. This channel definitely has a great production value Nismo should have you do all the upgrade and tuner community videos on their sight. It's Nissan's big shortcoming recently. They have a good chassis and a great in house tuning branch with the Nismo parts but they need to go to make more tuner focused videos and go to more events and get folks to test drive the cars. Also another partnership with SPL parts to get more hardcore parts available would be great, then get these upgraded dialed in cars out to press events at trackdays and autocrosses so folks can realize they can build one for a fraction of the cost of other cars in this power range and still have a lot of fun, especially with the hshift examples! It's all in the marketing, market the Sport Z as the factory turbo hshift "tuner spec" 350Z we never got, have workshops on tuning suspension at trackdays, there's so much they could do in the sports car community to elevate the Nissan name out of the "Big Altima Energy" and old CVT disaster muck they are still in now. Race on Sunday, sell on Monday! Since it seems you have the ear of Nismo USA I hope you can let them know about this.
