Introducing The Winkowski Signature Shoe By Emerica

Emerica is proud to announce the launch of Erick Winkowski’s first signature shoe, The Winkowski.
Erick Winkowski is known for his unique approach to skateboarding, blending elements of old-school and modern skateboarding to create a style that is all his own. A man of few words who lets his explosive and spontaneous skating speak for itself. We are so excited for Erick to have a signature shoe with Emerica.
When designing his first signature shoe, Winkowski took a similar path, adding his flair to a classic high-top silhouette.
The Winkowski features:
_ A deconstructed collar for ankle support that isn’t too stiff
_ External tongue stash pocket and tongue centering straps ensure your foot and your goods remain secure
_ A rubber toe cap and double-wrapped vulcanized sole provide excellent durability
_ G6 foam polyurethane insoles for added comfort and superior impact cushioning
_ Workwear-inspired custom rivets and a custom embroidered upside-down triangle logo provide the finishing touches to this modern classic.
_ The white colorway features photo’s of Erick’s dog, Georgia, on the insoles as well as her name written in Erick’s handwriting embroidered on the inside collar lining

i love emerica have 2 pairs rn but i don't know if there will be anything for me the next time i need to buy shoes. please make tough shoes with triple stitching and proper paneling for skateboarding with interesting colorways again. the gamma is great but on it's way out or already gone. the og-1 looks ok. dakota's show looks ok but a bit weird. that's about it for me rn. all white shoes are for golf. they look like a dingy mess so fast. and they are boring.

Grab yourself some Dickson’s. They’ve got the flick shield under the suede and are super decent priced. Spankys cup soles are bullet proof and usually dark colours.

i remember in the 90s when vans & nikes were gay and now vans is literally gay and 90% of skate shoes look like they belong on the basketball court/running track. my how times have changed. i like the looks of these though, very classic, but i assume they're vulcanized soles and my feet can't deal with those.
