It's their choice if they want to continue. Most NFL cheerleaders stay maximum of 5 years. Others retire long before that. Like I said the choice is theirs. Please bare in mind, these women have lives outside of this team. Some ppl retire before the 5 years because they want to do other things. Some ppl want to settle down and get married. Some ppl want to have kids. Others want to further their education. Some cheerleaders even want to build their dance careers outside of the team. At the end of the day it's about how much of yourself you can give to the team.

@@RealTalk1411 why would getting married end their cheer leading? Surely a married woman is just as physically capable as a single woman.

@@matthewbaynham6286 This job is very demanding you know. These women don't only cheer at the games. They have to make television appearances, they go on USO tours all over the world, make private appearances. That's a lot especially when you have a husband and kids at home.

@@RealTalk1411 still no reason why married women should be allowed to do this cheer leading stuff.

@@matthewbaynham6286 No one ever said that married women couldn't cheer. There have been lots of times married women have joined NFL cheerleading squads. On the DCC, there was a cheerleader named Tasha. She was a wife and mom to a 4 year old girl and she made the time. She moved the entire family to Dallas just for the team. She cheered for 3 years. Everyone is different. There are some women who can handle the pressure of balancing the both while there are some women who can't.
