Very good job. A couple of notes. You did draw the waist with your hip measurement which would account for some of the extra fullness to take in with the bottom pleat. Also I anticipate that the vest was designed with more ease than what you prefer. You fitted it with no ease, and I think a vest should be about like a loose-fitting blouse. Your seams matched perfectly. Great job on the drafting. Very interesting.
