Sir how to calculate bearing press fit force required for shaft inside the bearing.

To be frank, i don't know the exact formula. But, that depends on the tolerance band of shaft and tolerance band of bearing. Too much of interference require high force to fit it. Further the material of the shaft and bearing and their surface quality would play a role. In industry, they must have an empirical relation to this issue. I don't think there is a phenomenological formula.
