Criminal law practice is like hitting the nail, while civil law practice is like rotating a screw. Most of the civil practice revolves around CPC. Civil practice is not adventurous; it is rather a patient art . Looking into minute details is the secret of masters . Where there is no provision head for section 151. Plaint + written Statement+ Issues, after these three that the law of evidence comes into play.
