There is consensus among Policy makers and regulators that Climate change poses Financial risk. However, the measuring the actual impact is a challenge: Lack of academic work, Non Linear impact, Lack of data
Almost all banks will get impacted. Some will get impacted more than the others. Some banks have high concentration on certain industries which are sensitive to climate change (Food, Agri, Oil & Gas). Initial study shows that climate risk poses a significant tail risk.
