Can the planks be 35 feet j. Length for residential single family use ?

they say in the video that the hollow core planks can be up to 18 meter ore 54 feet long! But that means stronger foundation to carry the weight since even with the holes its still quite some weight in the thickest type of hollow core But i see in the PDF 12 meter = 36 feet can be made of ONLY 300mm thick plank more than that you need 400mm slab. hehe floodprecast.ie/wp-content/uploads/2015/08/hollowcore_A4_aug.pdf

I have 1 question . In the vid there is a guy using a trowel . Underneath. Is that Gu cement ? Or a grout? What’s the trick for filling the void under the hollowcore .
